We can eliminate shipping time and costs by uploading the digital files to Focus Forward's free FTP site. They guarantee 24-hour delivery of your transcripts.

Focus Forward Services can transcribe from all your file formats, including WAV, MP3, CD, audio and video tapes, as well as streaming media.
