Testing websites is essential, and we know just how to do it.
We work with all of our clients to ensure our computers have the necessary software and connections to make their study a success.
Our offices are equipped with hi-speed connections to the internet along with various software packages for software testing, and website usability testing. If desired, we offer video and specialized usability testing equipment that provides split screen or picture-in-picture viewing of the respondent and the product being tested, thereby allowing clients in the viewing room to see not only what the respondent is doing on the computer but also the respondents facial expressions as they are testing their software, their website, or their navigation process on the Internet.
For usability testing, where behavioral observation and analysis is critical, we video tape all session interaction and can provide copies of the tapes for post-test review.
We can provide a professional data logger to interactively mark all significant events on the tape to facilitate rapid review of the tapes after testing is complete. We can also produce a video highlight tape for presentation to management, to provide project documentation, or to document design progress.
