Reception Area
The Reception Area welcomes you to our facilities. When you arrive at our offices, our hostess will promptly show you to your room assignment.
Our Fairfax facility is located at Sherwood Plaza, a five story executive office building in the heart of Fairfax City. Ample free parking surrounds our building.
Washington Conference Room
Each focus group room in both facilities has a modular table to adapt to the moderator's specifications.
All rooms are 15' x 20' to easily accommodate 12-14 respondents. The tables can be configured to be square, rectangular, or circular. Alternately, we can adjust their size to accommodate mini-groups. All focus group rooms are equipped with one-way mirrors and have audio and video capabilities. High-speed and wireless access is also available. In addition, the tables can be removed to accommodate up to 30 respondents theater style.
Washington Viewing Room
Each focus group room in both facilities has an adjacent tiered viewing room that can accommodate up to 18 clients, with both hi-speed and wireless internet access available.
Our viewing rooms also have illuminated large writing surfaces, making it easier for clients to work while viewing the groups without affecting the video taping.
Virginia Conference Room

Client Lounges
Each Client Viewing room in both Alexandria and Fairfax has an adjacent private client lounge equipped with closed circuit TV and hi-speed/wireless internet access.
This allows clients to view the groups from either the lounge or the viewing room. Additional amenities in each lounge include private telephone lines and computer/fax lines. Catered meals are available for our clients in their private lounge.
Respondent Lounge
Each focus group room in both facilities has an adjacent respondent lounge where respondents wait for the focus group to begin.
Catered meals are available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Snacks and refreshments are available for those groups that meet during hours when meals are not needed.
One-on-one Conference Room
The one-on-one room in the Fairfax facility provides the capability of conducting mini-groups and traditional in-depth interviews.
Our Fairfax office offers both a classroom setting as well as tiered seating for viewing your group. All one-on-one rooms are equipped with one-way mirrors and have audio and video capabilities.
One-on-one Viewing Room
The one-on-one room has an adjacent viewing room that can accommodate up to 6 clients, with both hi-speed and wireless internet access available.
Our viewing rooms also have illuminated large writing surfaces, making it easier for clients to work while viewing the groups without affecting the video taping. You can chose from a classroom setting as well as tiered seating for viewing your group.
