Alexandria Office Floorplans
Reception Area
Secure, yet inviting, our Reception Area welcomes you. When you arrive at our offices, your dedicated hostess will promptly show you to your exclusive suite.
Our Alexandria office is located off Diagonal Road in the heart of Old Town, near many shops, restaurants, and hotels. We are within walking distance to the King Street Metro and the Amtrak train station.
Conference Rooms
Spacious and flexible, our rooms were built with client needs in mind. Each 15' X 20' focus room has a modular table to adapt to the moderator's specifications and easily seats up to 14 respondents at once.
Our modular tables can be configured to be square, rectangular, or circular. In addition, we are able to limit their size to accommodate mini-groups, in-depth interviews, remove them and also seat up to 50 people theater style. All focus group rooms are equipped with one-way mirrors and have digital audio and video capabilities.
Viewing Rooms
Each focus group room has an adjacent tiered viewing room that can accommodate up to 18 clients, with both high-speed and wireless internet access available.
Our viewing rooms also have illuminated large writing surfaces, making it easier for clients to work while viewing the groups.
Client Lounges
Each client viewing room in both Alexandria and Fairfax has an adjacent private client lounge equipped with closed circuit TV and hi-speed/wireless internet access.
This allows clients to view the groups from either the lounge or the viewing room. Additional amenities in each lounge include private telephone lines and computer/fax lines. Catered meals are available for our clients in their private lounge.
Respondent Lounges
In our Alexandria facility respondents wait for the focus group to begin in our general reception area. A secondary lounge is available for projects requiring higher levels of privacy.
Catered meals are available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Snacks and refreshments are available for those groups that meet during hours when meals are not needed.
